Sarah's Travel Adventures is a trading name of Sarah Williams, operating as a Personal Travel Consultant under Hays Travel Ltd. All holidays and travel arrangements are booked through and administered by Hays Travel Ltd, which acts as the principal for your booking.
Hays Travel Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 1990684), registered office: Gilbridge House, 10 Back Sandgate, Sunderland, SR1 3RS.
2. Booking Terms
By booking a holiday through Sarah Williams at Hays Travel, you agree to the booking terms and conditions of the relevant tour operator, cruise line, or accommodation provider. These terms are provided at the time of booking and vary by supplier.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier.
- Deposit amounts and payment schedules are set by the individual tour operator or supplier.
- Full payment is typically required 8-12 weeks before departure (varies by supplier).
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
3. Amendments & Cancellations
Amendment and cancellation charges are determined by the individual tour operator's terms and conditions. Charges typically increase closer to the departure date. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

4. Travel Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. Some suppliers require proof of insurance at the time of booking. We can advise on suitable travel insurance options — just ask Sarah.
5. Passport & Visa Requirements
It is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they hold a valid passport and obtain any required visas for their destination. We can provide guidance, but travellers should always verify current requirements with the relevant embassy or official government sources. Passport validity requirements vary by destination and may require 6 months' validity beyond your return date.
6. Health Requirements
Travellers should check recommended and required vaccinations for their destination. We recommend consulting your GP or a travel health clinic at least 6-8 weeks before departure.
7. Price Accuracy
All prices displayed on this website or shared in communications are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change. Prices are typically per person based on shared occupancy unless stated otherwise. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
